I missed the deadline for the EU Settlement Scheme; what do I do next?
The deadline to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme was 30 June 2021, and whilst it is a legal requirement to have either a ‘settled’ or ‘unsettled status’, it’s not too late to apply. The Home Office will continue to accept applications from individuals with reasonable grounds for missing the cut-off point.
