About this role

Are you an experienced Voids Supervisor looking for your next challenge? BRS Built Environment Ltd are recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join the team in the borough of Hounslow. The role is available to start immediately, with the potential to go permanent. You will be responsible for undertaking daily inspections of void properties to ensure turnaround times and contractual targets are achieved. You will need to develop a resource strategy and review progress, responding to any issues that arise. You will need to liaise with other Supervisors, Project Managers and the Administration team to ensure optimum utilisation of staff. In return, you will receive a salary of  £25-28per hour, along with a van and fuel card supplied. You will work 40 hours per week. 

Qualifications & experience

You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with a City & Guilds/NVQ 2-3 equivalent relevant experience. You must have IOSH Managing Safety, PASMA & IPAF and CAT/GENNY qualifications. You must also have a driving licence.
