Introducing our BRS Jobs apprenticeship scheme!
In line with the recent expansion of our Kent office and enhanced team in Staines, we're thrilled to launch our new apprenticeship scheme in partnership with Vocate Training.
We're thrilled to announce that Dan Balmores has joined the team as an Apprentice Resourcer and will join Jack Hardy and Jordan Lawrence in our Automotive & Engineering team.
We'll also be featuring Dan in our brand-new blog series which will follow his journey with BRS Jobs and his journey towards qualification over the next 12 months, as he strives to become a specialist recruitment expert within the team.
The blog series aims to supply readers with not only an unrivalled insight into Dan's apprenticeship experience with us, but with a greater understanding of the scheme's benefits for both learners and employers. To prepare you for the series, we took the opportunity to ask Dan about his role at BRS Jobs and why he joined the team as an apprentice.
Dan said: 'I am always keen to learn new skills and enhance my knowledge. I hope to utilise the skills I gain at BRS Jobs throughout my apprenticeship to help many HGV and PSV candidates succeed. At the same time, I'd like to gain more experience as I build up to start my career in recruitment.'
